Current Openings in Customer ServiceTechnical Account Manager The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the technical support interface to SEPATON’s Platinum service-level customers. The TAM is an individual contributor position responsible for owning and managing the support relationship with the customer. The TAM builds strong customer relationships through constant and consistent communication during support incidents, driving them to closure. Internally the TAM is the voice of the customer, escalating support incidents to the proper organizations within SEPATON. In order to effectively serve the customer, the TAM is a liaison between the customer and all technical resources in the company. The TAM therefore has to understand the customer’s problem from a technical perspective, explain that problem to an engineer, and communicate a solution game plan back to the customer. The TAM needs to be an engineer with customer support background. The position will report to the Director of Technical Customer Support. Requirements
